Men don’t need to be a toolman, to require some of this products from time to time and because in nowadays is a huge variety of those boards, which are accessible at builders shopping centers, hobby supermarkets, there is nothing against to look on it little closer and in details.

Lets stay for the moment with the massive wood, exactly with a prism. With this material can we created a huge surfaces by a procedure of gluing. These glued boards are used for furniture production, stairs, kitchen working panel, etc.
One of those boards are glued lamellas, mainly are produced from a square prism and generally are made in thickness 10-45 mm. Depend of course on a sort of wood, where generally it is spruce and pine, eventually alder or birch, at higher quality boards from oak and beech.

BOARDS from spruce wood - 18 mm

One layer glued boards (whole from wood – agglutinated) from natural massive wood assigned for use in interiors.



Specification:

Boards are made from high quality spruce wood, from European forests keeping up with rules of nature.

Small elements of each board are glued together by using waterproof and environmental friendly glues. As filled material we use boat wood plug and twigs plug as fill for holes after knags. Occasionally to retouch material’s defects we use stopping knife with the same color as wood.

Board surface is smoothly abrasion (abrasiveness No. 120) and ready for next treatment. For pickling and varnishing we advise to use paints, which are not thinner by water.

Boards are delivering fully enveloped into transparently PVC foil, containing information leaflet and moreover we propose you to use our support stands. Suppliers control services basic on fulfillment of support stands.



Use:

Product has all kind of possible applications and way of treatment, for carpenters, hand and machine treatment. Massive boards are suitable for use by toolman, builders, to walls siding and at home manufacturing of extras for furniture.

Technical data:

Small different in surface colors are typical for wood – it’s natural product. Tone different are natural and can’t be reason for sales returns.

Temperature oscillations and air moisturizing can cause little size deformation, which should be taken under consideration before treatment and montage.

Products are assigned for use only in interiors. Supplier does not recommend long time expose on different weather conditions and water.
