Enclosure walls, ceiling, cross buntons, gables and roof bond timber, that’s all together, with others assortment elements of family house, will see day light already in assembly hall. At the building site is only left a mounting of prefabricated walls and general interior alterations. The tendency today, witch industry already adhere to, is going to as bigger prefabricates as its possible and thus into lower number of those prefabricates. Normally at the assembly hall is made i.e. one complete carrier wall. That’s mean a fraction longer more than 10 meters and weight of more than two Tons!
Face and shape get every prefabricated house, at the building site it self. Construction solutions, functional reliability, appearance of key elements and processing of each details are give him not so quite typical like it is usual for architecture – on a huge assembly halls. Moreover in the way, witch sometimes looks like a mass production. Why should we consider that fact as a something disagreeable.
Wood is one of the best construction materials, which can keep own abilities for several years.
As material for final finishing of house facades, wood is staying at the highest position from esthetical and technical point of view.
Because of the bad prejudice, wood can be seeing as poor construction material. Most of the builders consider wood only as solution for constructions. Beside this wood have lot of preferences. It is the best material for heat isolation – it achieve to isolate six time better than classical rendering and almost fifteen time better than concrete. Moreover it is ecological and removable material. Also for final finishing of facades, wood is a very interesting choice.
